Fabrice founded BQG with Philippe Billaud, Yvan Gouttebelle and Philippe Kalmbach in April 2011.
Over the last 18 years, Fabrice has brought his management skills and enthusiasm to several large corporations. His core area of expertise is value creation through innovation and anticipation of industry evolutions.
Fabrice started his career in Operational Marketing and Sales for Canon France. He moved to a Global Business Development role for Lexmark International (Russia, South-Africa, Portugal).
Fabrice was successfully involved in several start-up companies before joining, one of the largest innovation-consulting companies, as a Senior Manager. Starting from the ground up, he succeeded in developing added-value services for the Healthcare industry. With a real talent for recruitment and a perceptive sense of business, Fabrice turned this adventure into a success story in less than five years.
Fabrice was appointed Life Sciences Division Managing Director in 2009, leading a team of 130 people operating in Belgium, Ireland and Switzerland.
Fabrice graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lille (ESC Lille) in 1992.
Philippe started his career in 2000 at Sanofi Aventis as a Project Engineer in Engineering and Maintenance. He then joined Pharmaplan, a German leading engineering consulting firm. Philippe held various positions in Engineering, Validation, Regulatory Compliance and Project Management, for French, European and North American projects.
Philippe moved to De Valcke Consultants as Senior Project Manager and Technical Director in 2005 where he was involved in defining and supporting new processes, including recruitment, coaching and training.
Philippe joined SNC-Lavalin, as Associate Director in 2007 and succeeded in the development of a global Commissioning, Validation & Compliance Services, for the Life Sciences and Industries (Oil & Gas) divisions. He developed innovative engineering offers specifically designed to reduce Projects Time-to-Market.
Philippe graduated from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) of Lyon, France, in 1998 (Master degree in Biotechnology Engineering).
Philippe is PRINCE2 and PMI certified.
Yvan began his career in the Life Sciences Industries at Abbott Laboratories in Chicago (USA) in 2002. He held various positions in Supply Chain and Business Excellence. His experience in lean implementation and plant-wide diagnostic provided him with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by Biotech and Pharma industries. He moved to Ireland for a position in Operation Management in the Medical Device field.
Yvan joined a Belgian Life science consulting company in 2009, in charge of business development for Ireland where he developed innovative consulting offers specifically designed at meeting customer needs in Quality Assurance.
Yvan holds a master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Quality & Reliability from the University of Technology of Compiegne (FR) 2001.
He also holds a Master in Strategy and International Business at ESSEC (Cergy Pontoise, FR), and an Advanced Certificate from Thunderbird Global School of Management (USA).
Yvan is APICS CPIM certified and a practitioner in Supply Chain management, Lean and Operational Excellence management in Pharma and Medical Devices.
Philippe started his career at Lexmark International where he held various management positions. He created the setup in Eastern Europe/Russia, and was also headed Lexmark's largest business in EMEA, inkjet printer.
Later, Philippe led the Marketing Centre for Europe Middle East Africa of Eastman Kodak Consumer division. In this role, he was in charge of driving the entire digital strategy in the European region and was a key contributor of the company transformation. He was also instrumental in launching the printing strategy of Kodak in Europe.
Philippe then became the Head of Polaroid Europe, where he led the development of new printing technologies and coordinated suppliers in Japan and the USA.
Philippe's global experiences range from business setup, restructuring and driving companies growth with revenue ranging from $100 million USD to $2.4 Billion USD. He currently runs a private investment fund involved in various industries.
Philippe is a graduate from ESCAE Amiens and has been trained throughout his career at INSEAD, Cranfield University and the Roffey Park management institute.
